Moat is an email management service that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. Moat reads your emails to help you organize your inbox, manage labels, and categorize messages. The service requires access to your Google account to function.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree to use Moat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Your use of Moat is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Moat accesses your email data solely to provide the service and does not sell your data to third parties.
We strive to keep Moat available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

You may stop using Moat and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
