Turn Inbound Noise Into Paid Access

You've built something people want to reach you about. That attention has value — but your inbox treats it all the same. Moat puts a price on cold access, so only serious requests get through. The rest compensate you for your time.

Put a Gate in Front of Your Digital Life

Your email address is a liability you hand out to everyone. Moat converts it into a sovereign channel you control. Unknown parties must demonstrate intent to earn access. You decide who gets in — and at what cost.

I didn't realize how much mental energy my inbox was stealing. Moat gave me back 12 hours a week. That's not hyperbole.

Setting a $5 toll filter was the best decision I made this year. My inbox is finally mine again. Simple as that.

Cold emails used to eat my entire morning. Moat killed that habit for anyone trying to reach me without good reason.

I set up Moat in under 5 minutes and my inbox looked completely different by the next morning. Unreal.

We rolled Moat out to our executive team. The signal-to-noise ratio is unrecognizable. Worth every cent.

The toll idea sounds aggressive until you realize only the people who really wanted to reach you will actually pay.

Earned $82 in my first month just from people wanting to pitch me. Moat pays for itself many times over.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Moat read my emails?

Moat reads email content to classify messages accurately — but it never stores, logs, or retains that content. Classification happens in-flight and the data is immediately discarded. Your emails stay yours.

How is this different from Gmail filters?

Gmail filters sort spam after it arrives — they don't change the economics of sending it. Moat creates a barrier before messages reach you, which fundamentally shifts sender incentives. And it's completely free to use.

Will I miss important messages?

All contacts you've previously communicated with are automatically whitelisted. Moat only applies toll rules to genuinely unknown senders. Critical senders like banks, healthcare providers, and government domains are permanently exempt.

What if legitimate senders won't pay?

Most legitimate senders with serious intent will pay a small toll. Those who won't? That tells you something. You can also configure a schedule-a-call flow where senders book time with you instead — which you approve or deny.

Your Inbox Should Work for You
Not Against You.

Attention is a finite resource. Moat is built on the belief that access to you should cost something — for those who don't deserve it for free.

Access Requires Intention.
